Rina Arai (died on January 17, 2022) from Osaka-cho, Gero City was diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) at the age of 40, and is determined to cheer up many people during her battle with the disease. She was very active, holding lectures for cancer patients (cancer survivors) all over the country. The book “Living with Cancer Without a Tongue” was published and continues to bring smiles and courage to many people.
One of Rina’s activities was to participate in the LAVENDER RING photo session.

We want to lead to a future where both people facing cancer and those who are not can live their lives with smiles on their faces.
We are holding a LAVENDER RING poster exhibition in the hope that it will be of some help.
