Gandate Park will be closed for the winter from Monday, December 16, 2024 to mid-March, 2025. The reopening date will be decided based on the time when the snow melts in March.
The dates for the waterfall opening will be announced on the Osaka Waterfalls Tour website and on Instagram.

On New Year’s Day 2025, from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Gandate Park will be open to the public for a special “Gandate Visit.” On this day, you can see the large shimenawa rope hanging from the Mitsutaki waterfalls, made by the NPO Hida-Osaka 200 Waterfalls.
