A historic inn connected to the founding of the Yuyano Onsen hot springs. Our handmade soba noodles are made with the "freshly milled, freshly kneaded, freshly boiled" three-freshness principle. Our sobagaki (buckwheat dumplings) made with perilla seeds are also very popular.
